Do we need to be technical?

Yes. Claude works on Mac, Windows, the web and mobile.
Which Claude plan do we need?
It depends on how many people will use it and how much. We recommend a plan on the first call. Subscriptions are billed by Anthropic directly to your business.
Is our data used to train Claude?
We configure your privacy and data-training settings during setup and walk you through what each one does.
Can’t we just install it ourselves?
You can. Most businesses install it, try a few prompts and stop there. The setup is what makes it useful for your actual work.
What happens after setup?
If we also run your digital side, ongoing help is part of Marketing & More. Otherwise, new tools and extra help get a written quote first.
